The St. Regis Hong Kong

Nice styled hotel and beautiful rooms. The staff is ultimately friendly. They even have a tv in the bathtub (ours didn’t work tho)

All of the restaurants are Michelin star restaurants where you can only eat with a reservation- for a 2 days stay it’s not possible to eat in the hotel, only basically if you order room service. Another point was that there is no jacuzzi available.

Beautiful new hotel with great facilities in central area.The room is huge and marble bathroom is stunning.Breakfast was wonderful as well and great bonus was that they can bring it to your room without extra charge.Wooden floors and room decoration made me feel cozy and at home.Staff very helpful and professional.Will come back !

I would say that the only thing that was missing is bidet!

Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Not the best and you’re getting your money worth. Concierge was rude by telling me they can’t call third parties and help me with the booking even when i give them the number and just ask for help since the language barrier

The half-board menu is limited and repeats daily, so a bit more variety would be appreciated. However, the food was excellent.

Convenient location. MTR to Hong Kong , Kowloon , New Territories, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau. There are pedestrian bridges connecting to several malls and hotels , where there are a lot of restaurants .

Everything. From the our arrival to departure all the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Every detail is thought through, the amenities in the room are fabulous, the pillow menu is very pleasant. The rooms are big and very nicely decorated. We could use the changing room in the spa including the steam room as we had a very late flight, was very appreciated. Breakfast is fantastic. We stayed in other hotels in Hong Kong before, it’s by far the best ever. Will definitely be back when in Hong Kong.

It is a gorgeous hotel! Loved the design everywhere, the room, the service. The bed was extremely comfortable - slept so well. Was great to stay with kids as well.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee.

The breakfast was excellent; I much preferred the à la carte style over a buffet. It felt more elegant and comfortable, without the need to get up repeatedly for food. The room was cozy, with calming lighting that created a peaceful, restful atmosphere.

The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

Some of the best rooms in HKG

LocationPolite staff but not efficient Western management seemed aloof, not leading and not customer engaging Interior lighting seems from a different era when dark, moody lighting was the rage. Today’s standards warrant brighter, airier spaces.

The hotel is the perfect size - large enough to feel comfortable, and not too large to get lost or feel empty. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

The view from the room of the slum-like apartment building next door isn't exactly appealing, but many places are like that in Hong Kong so it's understandable

Excellent service, clean, great location - just few steps from the convention center. Everything is very comfortable and looking like a brand new

Nothing to complain about. Only will be more convenient if the breakfast will be not ala cart but buffet. And can agree with other comments - coffee might be better. But all this small details won’t influence the impression. Till now the best hotel that we have stayed in Hk
